Michael lives locally in the Ebbsfleet/Swanscombe area. He is a family man and the proud owner of our therapy dog Obi and engages in many fundraisers on our behalf.

He has been working within the care sector for over 14 years. He primarily worked within Learning Disabilities specialising in challenging behaviours. After working within residential care as a Deputy Manager in Devon, he finally returned to his home County of Kent to work within the Domiciliary Care arena.

Michael was the Training Manager of a premium franchised care agency for 4 years and the natural progression for him was to become a Care Manager.

He joined a privatised GP led Care provider as their Registered Manager for nearly 2 years, learning along the way. Wanting to progress and take another step up in his career ladder joined Zander Mackenzie Care UK.

Within a matter of months an outstanding care provider was set up and continues to set the standard of care delivery out in the community.

Michael works very closely with the local community and has acquired business relationships with numerous other business including the CO-OP and Sally Pearson’s counselling service.

Michael is passionate about the business that he leads. The ethos of Zander Mackenzie Care UK is certainly very different and it is exciting for him to be able to lead the staff team as well as deliver exceptional care to customers

Teresa has a vast knowledge of all things care. She has been a caregiver for numerous years excelling in her field. She worked for a business that specialised in hospital discharges and assessing customers within their own home, making sure they are safe and homes are adapted to suit the patient’s needs. She was then headhunted by Zander Mackenzie and made the co-ordinator as she understands the ethos of having the same carers at the agreed times. This is paramount in building relationships and confidence with our customers.

Teresa lives locally to Gravesend and likes to socialise with her family where possible. She is a mum of 2 and enjoys days out being creative. She is a fully committed individual who we are very lucky to have.

Karly Russell is currently working as a Supervisor at Zander Mackenzie Care UK. Since joining the business in 2021, she have expanded her skill set with various training opportunities to develop her into our main supervisor. She is responsible in creating and modifying care plans on a daily basis, whilst communicating with family, external working professionals and of course the customers.

Karly assesses each customers care requirements and makes sure changes are communicated effectively throughout the team. Since her arrival we have seen our compliance side of the business flourish and detail improved which we are very thankful for.
