Our Supported Living Service is designed to provide 24-hour care to help people with reduced ability to care for themselves, enabling people to continue living in their homes. At Zander Mackenzie Care we work hard to promote independence so that support can gradually reduce as the service users become more capable of managing themselves. We will assist in the preparation of a person-centred plan and thereafter in providing support and monitor the outcomes achieved from the plan.

Personalised support for every individual, together we will look at ways we can support you and help you make the choices that gives you control over your life and your mental health. Our Support Workers can assist with tasks that you may find difficult or challenging, such as personal care, cleaning and cooking. We can also provide more complex care support, including managing medication and rehabilitative support at home after a hospital stay or a period of poor health. Our Support workers are experienced in managing challenging behaviour.
