We have refined and developed our recruitment processes to deliver the best possible service to our clients, and our tailor made solutions encompass a stringent vetting and screening method to ensure the highest quality of staff we work round the clock 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 52 weeks a year to ensure the needs of our clients are met within a short period of time

We have a recruitment procedure in place to ensure all employees have the appropriate skills and have undertaken the necessary checks required when working with vulnerable people.

Our recruitment process and selection of staff both paid or voluntary, is undertaken in accordance with current policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation. The recruitment process is carried out in line with robust safeguarding principles which includes:

  • References for the last 5 years
  • Job history
  • Health
  • Disclosures and enhanced Criminal Record Bureau /Disclosure Scotland / Suva checks
  • Specialist Staff Training on Learning Difficulty
